Stirling House Bed & Breakfast is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card and are subject to a fourteen day cancellation policy. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. PLEASE NOTE: All cancellations MUST be made via e-mail, without exceptions. You will then receive a cancellation confirmation.
Cancellations - Will be given for any cancellations made 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. However, a $35 service charge will apply to such cancellations. For cancellations received inside of 14 days of scheduled arrival, a charge of 50% of the total amount of a multi-night reservation will be charged and is non-refundable. For single night cancellations received inside of 14 days, 100% will be charged. For cancellations received 72 hours or less before scheduled arrival, the full cost of the reservation will be charged. Special Events, such as Vine Time, are also non-refundable and non-cancellable.
For reservations booking all three rooms, please note that cancellations must be received at least 90 (ninety) days in advance. The cancellation fee will be charged for three-room bookings if the cancellation is received less than 90 (ninety) days in advance.
The Stirling House accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests. Please ask your innkeeper for additional details.
Credit card information is required to secure a reservation, and full payment for your stay will be taken upon arrival.

Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Early check-in is only available by prior arrangement at least 48 hours before arrival date. Check out time is 11 a.m. If not arranged prior to a stay, early check-in or late check out is not possible.
The Stirling House is a smoke-free and pet-free B&B. While we are sorry that we cannot accommodate pets on site, we would be happy to help with reservations at nearby kennels.
Children ages 12 and over are welcome.
For the comfort of all of our guests, please limit noise after 10pm.
We ask those staying in the French Room to be respectful of the other guests as far as the Whirlpool use, and ask that it not be used after 10 p.m.
A guest refrigerator is available in the breakfast room and is stocked with ice cold spring water, juices and soft drinks. You can store your beverage of choice in it as well! Stirling House is NYS licensed by the Liquor Authority. Wine is available for sale.
Multi-night repeat guests are automatically members of Stirling House VIP Club, which builds incremental discounts. a 2nd visit brings a 5% discount, 1 3rd visit brings a 10% discount and stays after that receive a 20% discount. Holidays and blackout dates (i.e. Vine Time dates) may not build the VIP discounts.
